Our Story & Partnership

Founded in 2024, the Lauri Bauer Grief Centers is a 501 (c3) non-profit, created in memory of Lauri Bauer, with a vision to ensure no one grieves alone. We believe healing happens in community, and that belief drives everything we do. We believe that no one who needs support should suffer alone, no matter their ability to pay.

We are proud to have partnered with Willow House, an established grief support organization, to expand our collective reach and impact early on in our journey. With their support we are now able to offer compassionate, evidence-informed care to more families across the region, programming and community outreach.

The Lauri Bauer Foundation for Sudden Loss was created in memory of Lauri Bauer, to make sure that no one has to suffer alone. The Lauri Bauer Grief Centers are proud to be supported by the continuing legacy of Lauri Bauer with the Foundation. Together they continue to strive towards the goal that no families or children have to suffer alone.
